Satvinder Singh holds a Master’s in Business Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, with a focus on International Construction Law and Practice. His multidisciplinary background enables him to advise on domestic and international construction projects across the entire project lifecycle from conceptualisation and contractual structuring to execution, completion and delivery.

Major Malaysian projects on which he has advised include Menara 3 Petronas, Impiana KLCC Hotel, the centralisation of KLCC Gas District Cooling facilities, Permata Sapura Tower and a Food Manufacturing Facility at Nilai.

He has advised on governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, project and operational risks, procurement, industrial relations and overall strategic decision-making.

He provide directions and managed Clients to achieve compliance to Anti Money Laundering, Personal Data Protection, Anti Competition, Sanctions and Export Control, Anti Bribery and Anti- Corruption, obtain certification for ISO 37001 : 2025 – Anti Bribery Management Systems.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, empanelled with AIAC as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Adjudicator, he combines legal analysis with substantial factual evaluation, and achievement of strategic results.

He assists Clients to develop strategies aimed at protecting the client’s legal and commercial position, controlling costs and achieving an effective resolution with minimal disruption to business continuity.
